Betty Joyce Foster of Fredericksburg passed on Friday January 10, 2025 at the age of 90. She was born in Longview TX to Emory Oscar and Della Diver Graves. She married Lawrence (Larry) Malcolm Foster Jr. July 17, 1951 in Baytown TX.

Betty is survived by children Della Marie Gorden, Lawrence Malcolm Foster III, Pamela Joyce Arnell; Sister Shirley Ann Witt; grandchildren Jason Duane Neely, Jennifer Dawn Lanoue Jaime Diane Word, Staci Joyce Ramsey, Casi Louella Fraser, Traci Carol Arnell, Laci Marie Carr, Lawrence Malcolm Foster IV, as well as 29 great grandchildren .

She is preceded in death by her parents Emory and Della Graves, Husband Lawrence Malcolm Foster Jr., brother-in-law Paul Witt.

Per her wishes Betty will be cremated with a memorial service at 1:00p.m.  Saturday February 1, 2025 in the Fredericksburg Baptist Church.
