Billy Wayne Arnell of Fredericksburg passed away September 10, 2024. He was born in Lynwood CA to Dallas Wayne and Katherine "Katy"Rhoer Arnell.

Billy is survived by the mother of his children, to whom he was married more than 40 years, Pamela Jocye Foster Arnell; children Staci Ramsey and husband Jonathan of Bedford VA, Casi Fraser and husband Keith of Temple TX, Traci Arnell and  fiancé Jason Bryan of Comfort, Laci Carr and husband Kyle of Fredericksburg TX; brother David Arnell of Bristow OK; sister Donna Sue Dobbins and husband Gary of Lyons KS; 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Dallas Wayne and Katherine "Katy" Arnell and sister Carol Sue Arnell.

A Memorial will take place on October 12, 2024 in the Fredericksburg Baptist Church family will greet friends from 9:00a.m to 10:00a.m. with a service to follow at 10:00a.m.
