Billy Robert Hill of Fredericksburg passed away on April 22, 2025 at the age of 90. He was born in 1934 in Dallas TX to Byron Graham Hill Sr.  and Pearl Elizabeth Aycock Hill. On July 12 1957 he married Stella Jeanette MacDonald.

He is survived by his children Jay Beth Clark and husband David of Fort Worth, Kelly Fawn Hill  of Arlington TX, Alan Clay Hill and wife Mary Jane of Blanco, Adam Cole Hill and wife Karen of Melbourne FL, 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife Stella Hill, parents Byron and Pearl Hill, brother Byron G. Hill Jr.

A memorial graveside service will take place on Saturday July 12, 2025 in Greenwood Cemetery, with military honors.
