Carol Anne Burleigh of Fredericksburg passed away on Sunday October 20, 2019 at the age of 77. She was born in Upstate NY to Earl and Delsie Nephew Begor. She married James Ross Burleigh on July 21, 1991 in Plattsburgh NY.

She is survived by her husband James Burleigh of Fredericksburg TX, son John O'Connell of Plattsburgh NY, daughter Kathy Stemka of Lincoln NE,  5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Per her wishes she will be cremated and a private family service will take place at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fredericksburg Funeral Home.  Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
