Charles Emerson Peters of Llano passed away on May 6, 2024 at the age of 85. He was born in Tarrant county TX to Ralph Emerson Peters and Ona Mae Reeves Peters. He married Sylvia Lauraine Hohmann on April 30, 1963 in Dallas TX.

He is survived by his wife Sylvia Peters of Llano, children and spouses Dionne Markum and husband Ken of Wichita Falls TX, Mike Peters and wife Missy of Ft. Worth TX, brothers, John  Peters, and James Peters, as well as 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Ona Peters; daughter Debbie Gritsby.

A memorial service will take place on May 18, 2024 at 2:00p.m. in the Fredericksburg Funeral Home with a reception to follow.
