Constance "Connie" Chapman of Blanco passed away on October 20, 2021 at the age of 77. She was born in Vancouver WA on August 26, 1944 to Cecil and Dorothy Horton Chenoweth. On April 7, 1981 she married Joe Boy Chapman in Dallas TX.

She is survived by her husband Joe Boy Chapman of Blanco, step daughter Stacy Chapman Miller of Albuquerque NM.

She is preceded in death by her parents Cecil and Dorothy Chenoweth, brother Dale Chenoweth.

Per her wishes she will be cremated with private family service at a later date.
