Cynthia Christine Cowsert of Harper passed away on September 7, 2021. She was born on August 1, 1968 in New Braunfels to Kelton Kramer and Diane Vaughan.

She is survived by her Husband Ben Cowsert; father Kelton Kramer of Harper, mother Diane Vaughan of New Mexico, son Blake Reddick and wife Veronica of Harper, daughter Courtney Reddick of Harper, sisters Tammy Vasquez and husband Tony of Harper, Lisa Monday of Kerrville, brothers Kelton Kramer and wife Christine of Harper, Jason Kramer and wife Laura of White Oak; 2 grandchildren Olivia and Claire Reddick.

A Service will take place on Saturday September 11, at 11:00a.m. in the Fredericksburg Funeral Home with Neal Matthews officiating. The family will greet friends from 10:00a.m. – 11:00a.m. prior to the service.
