Earle E. Ewing, Jr. passed away Thursday, August 29 ^th , at the age of 93.

Earle is survived by 2 daughters: Elizabeth Weeks and husband Donald of Fredericksburg, Wendall Herbst of Lewes DE; 3 grandchildren: Amanda Darby and husband David, Matthew Cornelius, Kira Herbst; 2 great grandchildren: Maykayla Darby, Derek Darby; 2 half-sisters: Marian Roach, Mary Elizabeth Hynes; and dear friend and companion Pat Podoll.

Earl was born August 2, 1926, in Wilmington DE, to Earle Sr. and Elizabeth Workman Ewing. He married Allene Daniels, June 23, 1946, in Trenton NJ. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and a sister, Margaret Dukes.

Private family services and disposition of his ashes will occur at a later date in Lewes DE.
