Ernest R. Thompson "Roscoe" of Fredericksburg Passed away on June 8, 2018 at the age of 93. He was born on February 10, 1925 to Ernest R. and Rosalie Pettis Thompson. On July 20, 1951 he married Ruby Hawks.

He is survived by his daughters Paula Sue Neely, Sara Kathleen Dickerson and husband David, Charlotte Louise Mumme and husband Robert, Joanne Marie Long and husband Terry, 7 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife Ruby Hawks Thompson, parents Ernest R. and Rosalie Thompson, 5 siblings and one grandchild.

Per his wishes Mr. Thompson will be cremate. The family will have a private service at a later date.
