Francine S. Simpson of San Antonio formerly of Fredericksburg passed away on March 16, 2023 at the age of 88. She was born in Bergen NJ to Thomas and Helen Knight Prendeville.  Francine married Frank T. Simpson on January 2, 1998 in Bar Harbor ME.

Francine is survived by her husband Frank T. Simpson, grandson Phillip C Stryker IV.

She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Helen Prendeville, son Phillip C Stryker III, daughter Christine M. Strykerand first husband Phillip Stryker Jr.

In accordance with her wishes she will be cremated with a private service at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Fredericksburg United Methodist Church Biblical Garden or the Charity of your choice.
