Frankie was born in Okarche OK on July 3, 1933, at her grandmother's home to Nettie (Reimers) and Frank Holland.
She lived her young years in Oklahoma and New Mexico before moving to Arizona and marrying Bud Eastman in 1962. They lived in Arizona and Texas until his death in 1991.
Frankie taught first graders for 33 years before retiring. She delivered flowers to hospice patients and was able to visit with those patients weekly. She appreciated the hospice care her husband had received and wanted to give back as she could. During that time she met and married Robert Collier.  That marriage only lasted a couple years until he succumbed to brain cancer.
Frankie married Delman Law in July of 2001 and moved to Fredericksburg with him. They enjoyed much travel, including hiking the Grand Canyon, seeing many sights, and welcoming his family until his death in 2017.
Frankie was active in her church, Bethany Lutheran in Fredericksburg. She assisted in getting the newsletter out, she enjoyed the camaraderie with the quilting ladies and loved her Lord.
Frankie had many 'pets'. The many birds that visited her feeders year-round, the numerous humming birds that took over the sugar supply in the summer, the deer that she would walk the fence and drop corn along the way. Her and Del had many goats that were bottle fed, and then Susan added chickens that Frankie really enjoyed watching.
Andy, a cat that adopted Frankie, was loved as well. Although he was a deterrent to her birds, she enjoyed watching him open all the doors in the house and knock on her door during the night.
She is survived by Delman's daughter Susan, her granddaughter Anna as well many other grandchildren, her cousins in Oklahoma, her Aunt Gladys also in Oklahoma, and her brother, Lee Wildman of Kerrville.
