Frederick Norman Grote Jr of Fredericksburg passed away on Tuesday February 23 at the age of 72. He was born on August 25, 1948 in Fredericksburg, to Frederick Norman Irene Gaebler Grote. On December 17, 1977 he married Anne James in Colorado Springs CO.

He is survived by his wife Anne Grote of Fredericksburg; daughters Corianne Boyd and husband Larry of Fredericksburg, Anita Grote of Conway AR; sisters JoFrances Powell , Jane Hunt; brother Glen Grote; grandchildren Frederick Boyd and Annabelle Boyd.

Visitation will take place on Sunday February 28 from 4:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. in the Fredericksburg Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will take place on Monday March 1, 2021 at 2:00p.m. in the Fredericksburg Bible Church. Interment will follow in the Sandy Cemetery.
