Harriet Elaine Schlaudt of Fredericksburg passed away on August 6, 2022 at the age of 88. She was born in Fredericksburg on December 18, 1933 to Werner and Olga Welgehausen Crenwelge.

She is survived by grandchildren; Paul E. Hargis of Fredericksburg, William John Nicholas of Cherry Spring, Alexander John Nicholas of Cherry Spring, Leonard Martin Schlaudt of Bryan, Diasha Kayleen Patranella and husband Mark of Bryan, Kendra Larissa Schlaudt of Houston; son-in-law Johnny Nicholas of Cherry Spring; sisters-in-law Margaret Schlaudt Wilke of Fredericksburg, Bernice Schlaudt Klein of Kerrville; and 3 great grandchildren: Tyler Blake Hargis, Luke Patranella and Maddie Patranella.

She is preceded in death by her parents Werner and Olga Crenwelge; husband Martin Schlaudt; children Brenda Nicholas and Lloyd Schlaudt.

A visitation will take place on Monday August 15 from 4:00p.m. – 7:00p.m. in the Fredericksburg Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday August 16, 2022 at 10:00a.m. in Fredericksburg Funeral Home with interment to follow at Der Stadt Friedhof.
