Heide Kemper of Fredericksburg passed away on May 31, 2023 at the age of 79. She was born in Dusseldorf Germany on November 26, 1943 to Oskar and Erika Lippek Sittig. She married Franz-Dieter Kemper on June 11, 1965.

She is survived by her husband Franz-Dieter Kemper of Fredericksburg; children Claudia Kemper , Sascha Kemper; grandchildren Zayd Kemper and Aisha Kemper.

She is preceded in death by her parents Oskar and Erika Sittig; sister Monika Mahlke.

Memorial service will be Saturday June 10, 2023 at 10:00a.m. in Bethany Lutheran Church.
