Henrietta Priess passed away January 28 ^th at the age of 88.

Henrietta is survived by her daughter, Barbara Webster and husband Rick of Harper, son Kenneth Priess and wife Marjorie of Fredericksburg; 5 grandchildren: Karla Arndt and husband Jason, Sharon Curl and husband Kevin, James Priess and wife Mandi, Rebecca Webster, Katrina Moore and husband James; 10 great grandchildren and sister-in-law Myrtle Kirchhoff of Comfort.

Henrietta was born July 9, 1934, in Comfort TX, to Herman and Emma Heinen Kirchhoff. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Nolan Priess, grandson Keith Priess; sisters and brother in laws Eleanor and Erhard Treiber, Pauline and Edwin Burrow; brothers and sisters in law Gilbert and Bertha Lou Kirchoff, Chester and Norma Kirchoff, Raymond and Verneice Kirchoff and brother Rudy Kirchoff.

Henrietta worked as a map maker for many years and when the company closed became a special ed bus driver for Fredericksburg ISD. She enjoyed bowling, sewing and embroidering as well as fishing with her family.

There will be a graveside service for Henrietta Pries on Saturday, February 4 ^th , at 2:00 p.m., in the Family Chapel of Greenwood Cemetery. The family will greet friends 1-2 p.m. before the service at the cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hill Country Memorial Hospice, Fredericksburg Volunteer Fire Dept., or the charity of one's choice.
