Irene Meta Neffendorf of Fredericksburg passed away on Monday March 8, 2021 at the age of 95. She was born on November 18, 1925 in Fredericksburg to Herman and Emma Crenwelge Nehr. She married Felix Neffendorf on June 7, 1946.

Irene is survived by her children; Dennis Neffendorf and wife Teresa of Fredericksburg, Judy Neffendorf and Gary Oden of Fredericksburg, Rick Neffendorf and wife Iris of Fredericksburg; 9 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Herman and Emma Nehr; husband Felix Neffendorf; brother David Nehr and a grandson Joseph Martinez.

Visitation will be from 5:00pm-7:00p.m. on Thursday March 11, 2021 in Fredericksburg Funeral Home.

A graveside service will take place on Friday March 12, 2021 at 2:00p.m. in the Family Chapel at Greenwood cemetery.
