Isla Roop of Fredericksburg passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 57. She was born in Syracuse NY to Robert and Grace Pantrick Roop.
She is survived by her brother Scott Roop of Rhode Island.
Per her wishes she will be cremated with a private service at a later date.
