Jade Kinross-Wright Browning passed away on Monday August 10, 2026 at the age of 65. She was born in Houston TX to Dr. John Vernon Kinross-Wright and Joy Lane Kinross-Wright. She married Gordon Browning on December 12, 1986 in Austin TX.

Jade is survived by her husband Gordon Browning, brother John Mayes Kinross-Wright.

Jade was active in many groups in Fredericksburg; Pedernales Creative Arts Alliance (PCAA), Oktoberfest and Oktoberfest Advisory Committee, UT Exes, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), Hill Country Community Needs Council, Gillespie County Fair &Festival Association, Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, and New Horizons.

She is preceded in death by her parents Dr. John Vernon and Joy Lane Kinross-Wright; brother Jeremy John Kinross-Wright; sister Penelope Kinross-Wright.

Per her wishes a private service is scheduled.
