James Ross Burleigh of Fredericksburg passed away on December 14, 2020 at the age of 82. He was born in Woodbury NJ to Ross and Harriet Sawyer Burley.  He married Carol Anne Begor on July 21, 1991 in Plattsburg NY.  Mr. Burleigh was a retired Tech Sergeant in the U.S.A.F.

He is survived by his 2 sons Robert Burleigh of Georgia and Michael Burleigh of Delaware.

He is preceded in death by his wife Carol Anne Begor Burleigh, parents Ross and Harriet Burley, brothers John Van Autwerp and John Merritt Burleigh.

Per his wishes he will be cremated and a private interment of ashes will take place at a later date.
