James C. "Jim" McMahon of Fredericksburg passed away on January 27, 2024 at the age of 79. He was born in Houston TX on October 23, 1944 to James E. and Willie Mae Brafford McMahon. He married Sharon Houy on May 16, 1987 in Fredericksburg. Jim managed the Greenwood Cemetery in Fredericksburg.

Jim is survived by his wife Sharon McMahon of Fredericksburg, son Michael Shane McMahon, daughter Amber Leigh McMahon; 2 grandchildren Mikayla Grace McMahon and Ava Nicole McMahon, all of Fredericksburg.

He is preceded in death by his parents James E. and Willie Mae McMahon and a sister Diane McMahon in infancy.

A memorial visitation will take place on Saturday February 3, 2024 from 2:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. in the Fredericksburg Funeral Home.
