James Franklin Kutz Jr. of Fredericksburg passed away on March 26, 2024 at the age of 68. He was born in woodberry City in New Jersey to James Franklin and Emma Jane Stewart Kutz.

He is survived by his son James K. Kutz of Fredericksburg, partner Cynthia Gentile of Fredericksburg and step-sons David Linsalata, Chris Linsalata, Joseph Linsalata, Anthony Linsalata.

He is preceded in death by his parents James and Emma Kutz, step-son Rudy Lisalata.

A graveside service with military honors is scheduled for Wednesday April 3, 2024 at 1:15p.m. in the Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
