James Marshall Wallace passed away Sunday, June 21 ^st , at the age of 81.

James is survived by his wife, Jeanne Wallace of Fredericksburg. Daughter Sharon Glass and husband Jack of Fredericksburg; son Scott Wallace and wife Clarissa of Austin; 3 grandchildren: Amanda, Madison and Lauren; 2 great grandchildren: Serenity and Joseph Ray; sister, Anne Wallace Page and husband Bill.

James was born April 16, 1939, in Houston TX, to Paul Phillips Wallace and Mary Hopkins Wallace. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a retired detective with Harris County Sherriff's Dept.

Graveside services with military honors will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 30 ^th , in the chapel of Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. David Priem officiating.
