Joan Ligon of Harper passed away January 3rd at the age of 86.

Jaon is survived by her husband, Jerry Ligon of Harper; 2 step-daughters, Rebecca Hillshire of Ballinger and Roxanne Sowell of Boerne; brother Wesley Withman Jr. of Bryan.
