Joaquin Rivera of Fredericksburg passed away on Saturday August 3, 2019 at the age of 43. He was born in Fredericksburg TX to Javier and Petra Herrera Rivera on October 15, 1975. He worked in construction as in roofing and cement.

Joaquin is survived by his wife Carmen Cisneros Rivera mother Petra Rivera, his children Mariana Rivera, Joaquin Rivera, Benjamin Guerra, Consuela Rivera, Adrian Rivera, and Jonathan Rivera all of Fredericksburg; siblings Oralia, Lucilia, Alma, Javier Jr. Aurelio, Juan, Agapito and Manuel Rivera; 2 grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Rivera will be Monday August 5, 2019 from 5:00p.m. – 7:00p.m. with a rosary at 7:00p.m. in the Fredericksburg Funeral Home.

Mass of Resurrection will take place on Tuesday August 6, 2019at 9:30a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church with interment to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
