Mr. Joe Ray Brown of Boerne, formerly of Fredericksburg, passed away on Tuesday, July 24 ^th , at the age of 64.

He is survived by his wife Sally Moss Brown; daughters Marissa Isenburg and husband Scott of Fredericksburg, Cheyanne Brown of Boerne & brother, Jim Brown of Fredericksburg.

Joe was born November 13, 1953, in Wichita, KS, to Ralph Edward & Geneva Sue Harkey Brown. He married Sally Moss, April 24, 1982, in Austin, TX.
Joe worked many years at Central Texas Electric Company, first as a lineman & later as a dispatcher.
Joe was a member of Kairos Prison Ministry, Walk to Emmaus & founder of Outriders for Christ Church in Luckenbach.

Visitation will take place Friday, July 27 ^th , in Fredericksburg Funeral Home from 5:00p.m. - 7:00p.m., as well as 2-3 p.m. Saturday, July 28 ^th , in Journey Church.

Funeral Service will take place 3 p.m., Saturday, July 28th, in Journey Church in Fredericksburg, with interment to follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Kairos Prison Ministry or the charity of one's choice.
