John Hugh Chapman of Fredericksburg passed away on April 5, 2023 at the age of 82. He was born in Childress TX to Kenneth and Bertha Faye Chapman. On June 8, 2001 he married Wilma Pratt. John is survived by his wife Wilma Chapman of Fredericksburg; children Karen Dominguez and husband Jeff of El Paso, Kimberly Dominguez and husband Ernie of Carlsbad NM, Phillip Klemmer of CA, Lisa Payne and husband Mark of Georgetown TX; siblings Myrl Chapman, and Sara Ann Hudlow; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Bertha Faye Chapman, daughter Dawn Ragains, sisters Reba Tucker, and Jackie Konecny. Per his request he will be cremated and a family service will be held at a later date. |
