Julia M. Valero of San Antonio passed away on August 31, 2020 at the age of 95. She was born in Stonewall TX to Teofilo and Tomasa Medrano Balero on July 30, 1925.

She is survived by sisters Irene Herrera of Fredericksburg, Tomasa M. Balero of San Antonio, Anita Sosa of San Antonio, Lola Fragoso and husband Antonio of San Antonio, Nancy Avera of State Line MS.

Julia is preceded in death by her parents Teofilo and Tomasa Medrano Balero, siblings Lupe Balero, Crisoforo Balero, Estefana Arizola, Nasaria Colunga, Maria Michel and brothers-in-law Ramon Herrera, Pedro Sosa, Earl Avera.

Visitation will take place from 4:00p.m. until 7:00p.m., Wednesday September 2 ^nd in Fredericksburg Funeral Home with a Vigil service at 4:00p.m.  Please wear masks and practice social distancing.

Funeral services will be held Thursday September 3 ^rd at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Fredericksburg Funeral Home with interment to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of one's choice.
