Julia Ann Wheeler of Fredericksburg, passed away December 25 ^th , at the age of 83. Julia was born October 20, 1937 in Hannibal NY, to Walter and Agnes Andrew Hubbard.

Julia is survived by her husband, Marvin Wheeler and children: James Snow of NY, Agnes "Cookie" Garrison and husband Mike of Milam TX, Belinda Wetzel and husband Howard of Milam TX, Lloyd Baker and wife Izar of MD, Joseph Baker of Fredericksburg; 8 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Per her request, Julia Wheeler will be cremated, with private family services.
