Mr. Karl W. Ritter of Harper passed away on Wednesday December 18, 2019 at the age of 68. He was born on September 26, 1951 in Laredo TX to John W. and Gladys Buck Ritter. He is survived by his children Robert Ritter and wife Lisa of Harper, Michelle Wilson and husband Jim of Pleasanton TX, Sister Janet Hinds, 5 grandchildren.

Per his wishes Mr. Ritter will be cremated and a memorial service will take place at a later date.
