Kenneth Gordon Boyce of Doss passed away on February 8, 2024 at the age of 89. He was born in Joanna SC to Heyward Gordon and Nora Ellen Fuller Boyce. Kenneth served his country in the Air Force and retired in 1974 from his military duty. He married Berta Welge on July 21, 1957 in St. Peter Lutheran Church in Doss.

Kenneth is survived by his wife Berta Boyce of Doss, daughters Kimberly Layne Dietrich of Doss and Kandice Boyce Wadsworth of Doss, 4 grandchildren Karlette Rickett, Anne Elise Wadsworth, Dalton Wadworth, and Braeden Wadsworth; 4 great grandchildren Michael Cooper, Stephanie Cooper Vasquez, Royce Cooper, and Avery Wadsworth Liberto; 2 great-great grandchildren Elijah Gordon Cooper, and Caleb Mateo Cooper.

He is preceded in death by his parents Heyword and Nora Boyce, a son Keith Dalton Boyce.

A memorial service will take place at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Doss on Tuesday February 20, 2024 at 10:30a.m. with military honors.
