Kevin Wayne Carter passed away May 24th at the age of 56.

Kevin is survived by his children; Kevin Carter Jr. of Fredericksburg, Lance Carter of Harper, Dinchen Kizer of Johnson City; brother Rick Carter of Harper and the mother of his children Theresa Fiedler.

Kevin was born August 12, 1969, in Shreveport LA, to Albert and Shirlene Borchers Carter.

The family will greet friends 9-10am Monday June 1st, in Fredericksburg Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 10am , followed by graveside services with military honors in Greenwood Cemetery.
