Leon Paul Spaeth of Doss TX passed away on September 1, 2021 at the age of 82. He was born on January 19, 1939 in Fredericksburg TX to Otto Alvin and Martha Anna Becker Spaeth.  Leon served on the Doss School Board, he volunteered with the Doss Fish Fry and was an active Member of St Peter Lutheran Church. He Graduated from TLC and worked as an Accountant as well as a Farmer and Rancher.

Leon is survived by his sisters Sylvia Lochte of Fredericksburg, Doris Dahl of Clifton TX and a brother Clifford Spaeth and wife Karan of Manhattan KS.

He is preceded in death by his parents Otto Alivin and Martha Anna Becker Spaeth.

Per his wishes he will be cremated and his ashes will be interred at a graveside service 12 noon on Sunday September 19, 2021 in the St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery in Doss. Honorary pallbearers will be Max Hartmann, Royce Herbort, Mitchell Maner, Bradley Baethge, Kurt Geistweidt, Lanzo Usner , "The Hunters".
