Leon Oleson Taylor passed away Thursday, June 25th, at the age of 87.  He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Evaughn Taylor; two sons, Larry (wife, Laura), Mark (wife, Tami) and four grandchildren, Christine, Katherine, Dean and Barrett.

A long-time resident of Fredericksburg, Leon served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War and was a metal trades teacher in Texas for over 25 years.  He was a founder of Vietnamese Bible, Inc. and Life Studies, a comprehensive Bible study series for adults.

A graveside service was held at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston.  The family requests that any memorial donations be made to Vietnamese Bible, Inc., P.O. Box 61, Midland, TX, 79702.
