Linda Bess Kothe of Fredericksburg passed away Saturday November 16, 2024 at the age of 77.She was born in Sinton TX in 1947 to Billy and Ida Jo Donovan Parsley. She married David Kothe on March 4, 1967 in Sinton.

She is survived by her husband David W. Kothe of Fredericksburg; daughter Kelly Dawn Smith , son  Kyle William Kothe; 7 grandchildren Kristopher Smith,  Megan Smith, Sara Smith, Andrew Smith, Avery Kothe, Cooper Kothe and Ayden Perez.

She is preceded in death by her parents Billy and Ida Jo Parsley, brothers; Billy Roy Parsley, Reed Parsley, and Donnie Parsley; sister Marlene Parsley.

A private service will take place at a later date.
