Lucille Mae "Cellie" Dietel passed away December 24 ^th , at the age of 95.

Cellie is survived by her children: Debbie Calland and husband John of San Antonio, Denise Stehling and husband Gary of Fredericksburg, Dean Dietel and wife Laurie of Fredericksburg; 6 grandchildren: Russell Stehling, Michael and Susan Calland, Christopher and Casey Calland, Logan and Lerrin Dietel, Will and Ginny Stehling, Eric and Brooke Dietel; 16 great grandchildren: Brooklyn, Andrew, Daniel, Blake, Luke and  Reid Stehling,  Owen, Hayes, Briggs, Maggie, Clare and Eleanor  Dietel, Carsyn, Cooper Travis and Janette Calland  and sister-in-law Harriet Fuhrmann.

Cellie was born July 15, 1923, in Fredericksburg, to Walter and Lilly Keyser Bierschwale. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Freddie Dietel, brother and sister-in-law Keyser and Ollie Bierschwale, brother Elmer Bierschwale and grandson, Rex Walter Stehling.

Funeral services for Cellie Dietel will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 31 ^st , in Bethany Lutheran Church. Graveside services will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4-6 p.m., Sunday, December 30 ^th , in Fredericksburg Funeral Home and 9-10 a.m., Monday, December 31 ^st , in Bethany Lutheran Church.

Serving as pallbearers: Russell Stehling, Will Stehling, Logan Dietel, Eric Dietel, Michael Calland, Chris Calland and Brett Oestreich .

Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Lutheran Foundation,  Juvenile Diabetes Association, Hill Country Memorial Hospice, or the charity of one's choice.
