Marian Armstrong of Blanco passed away on Sunday January 9, 2022 at the age of 81. She was born in Fredericksburg on September 9, 1940 to Sylvester and Wanda Crenwelge Ahrens.

She is survived by her siblings Rudy Ahrens and wife Alvis of Fredericksburg, Vernell Grenwelge  of Blanco, William Ahrens and wife Marilyn of Austin, Lillian Eckhardt and husband Cletus of Fair Oaks Ranch, Carol Ahrens Meador of Fredericksburg.

She is preceded in death by her husband William Armstrong; parents Sylvester and Wanda Ahrens; brother Norman Ahrens.

A graveside service will take place on Saturday January 15, 2022 at 1:00p.m. in the Christ Lutheran Cemetery in cherry Spring a brief visitation will take place at 12:45p.m.  prior to the service.
