M arvin Alonzo Daniel of Fredericksburg passed away on March 26, 2024 at the age of 101. He was born in Florence TX to Artie Alonzo Daniel and Lora Bernice Issacks Daniel on July 28, 1922. He married Leota Jordan on April 22, 1943 in Lampassas TX.

He is survived by his son Wendell M. Daniel and wife Linda of  Early TX, grandchildren, Celie Thomson and husband Lane, Kelly Foltz and husband Douglas; great grandchildren Abigail Thomson, Audrey Thomson, Ellie Foltz, Cole Foltz, Sydney Foltz, Cora Foltz.

Marvin is preceded in death by his wife Leota Jordan Daniel, parents Artie and Lora Daniel, brothers, Arville Daniel, Ed Daniel and Clarence Daniel.

Visitation will take place on Sunday March 31, 2024 from 5:00 pm- 7:00p.m.in the Fredericksburg Funeral Home.

Funeral service will take place on Monday April 1, 2024 at 10:00a.m. in the First Baptist Church with interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be; Walt Perryman, Lane Thomson, Douglas Foltz, Cole Daniel Foltz, Dennis Hill and Alan Wiley.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church or the charity of your choice.
