Mary E. Morin of Fredericksburg passed away on august 22, 2026 at the age of 93. She was born to Armado and Felipa Montemayor Martinez in San Antonio TX. She married Sam R. Morin Sr. and after his passing she married John Schrock.

She is survived by her husband John Schrock, children; Sam Morin Jr. and wife Donna of Llano, Tim and Carol Morin of Fredericksburg, Jeffery Morin and wife Vicki Of Fredericksburg, Catherine Morin Rippenhagen and husband Clay of Ft. Worth, Mark Morin and wife Ana of Fredericksburg Luke Morin of Fredericksburg, Mary Eckert and husband Brian of Fredericksburg; grandchildren Tamara Heimann, Marcy Rochin and husband Jim, Eric Morin and wife Theresa, Reagan Morin, Whitney Jarrett and husband James, J.P. Morin, Levi Morin, Bethany Mathis and husband Brandon, Tanya Carter, Kelti Haley and husband Hunter, Ariel Morin Espinoza and husband Alejandro, Michael Morin, Bailey Nelson, Cullen Eckert and wife Melissa, Gavin Eckert and wife Drue, Hailey Hoffmann and husband David as well as 17 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her first husband Sam R. Morin Sr., brother Johnny Martinez, and grandchild Sabra Morin.

Visitation will take place on Thursday September 3, 2026 from 4:30p.m. – 7:00p.n. in the Fredericksburg Funeral Home.

Mass of Resurrection will take place on Friday September 4, 2026 at 10:00a.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.
