Mary Ann Smith of Fredericksburg passed away on May 5, 2018 at the age of 65. She was born on March 10 1953 to William M. and Sybil L. McCoy Leifeste in Fredericksburg.

She is survived by her children Lori Gentry and husband Kenneth of Midland TX, Christopher Smith and husband James of Fredericksburg, and Bryan Smith of Springdale AR; sister Judith Hewing, brother Jimmy Leifeste, 5 grandchildren Sybil Gentry, Frank Gentry, Taylor Gentry, Shane McDaniel and Keith Anderson, 3 great grandchildren Sadie Jo Gentry, Carson Gentry, Bella Hernandez.

She is preceded in death by her parents William M. and Sybil L Leifeste, brothers Jack Leifeste and John Paul Leifeste.

Per her wishes she will be cremated and the family will have a memorial service at a later date.

Memorials may be made in her name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
