Megan Elizabeth Marshall passed away Tuesday, August 24 ^th , at the age of 28 at her home in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Megan was born on August 28, 1992, in Lubbock, Texas. Megan was a 2010 graduate of Fredericksburg High School. After High School Megan joined the United States Navy from 2010 to 2016 and retired as an HT2 on the USS Princeton. She always reminisced that she loved her Navy life and the family she made during her time in the service. Megan found an interest in professional body building in 2013 and began training to build an amazing physique that earned her an IFBB Woman's Physique Pro Card at the NPC Junior USA Championships in 2018, just four years after she started competing. Megan was also a certified personal trainer and used her profession and social platforms to help to motivate thousands of people in both the industry and on personal issues. Megan had many interests and attended both cosmetology and barbering school, welding and loved working in the service industry – anything to meet new people, she knew no stranger. Passions in life were her family and friends and she loved remembering her time in high school track, soccer and drama.

Megan is survived by her parents Chuck and Denise Morris, her sisters Amber Ferguson and Deborah Morris, her grandfather Kenneth Schweers, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is proceeded in death by her grandmothers Brooke Schweers and Bernadette Thompson and her Aunt Deborah Schweers.

A Celebration of Life will take place in  October 11, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. in the Fredericksburg United Methodist Church.
