Nancy W. Webb of Fredericksburg passed away on March 26, 2020 at the age of 82. She was born in Paris Texas on December 20, 1937 to Roy Evans and Virginia Myers Wilburn. She was married to Billy G. Webb.

Nancy Webb is survived by her daughters Elizabeth A. Webb and her husband Gene Smith of Fredericksburg, Melissa W. White and husband Kevin of Evans GA. Sisters Elizabeth Word of Lubbock TX, Margaret Parks of Sparta TN, grandchildren Christopher Michael White, and Brian Thomas Evans White as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Billy G. Webb, her parents Roy Evans and Virginia Wilburn, brother Jerry Wilburn, and sister Barbara Cannon.

Per her wishes she will be cremated with a private family service planned for a later date.
