Mr. Norman Miller passed away February 13th at the age of 100.
Norman is survived by step-sons Michael Baethge and wife Veronica and Bradley Bailey; grandchildren Bailey Marie Baethge, Taylor Rose Baethge, Kendall Jordan Baethge, Kamrynn Bell Baethge and Karsann Claire Baethge.
Norman was born May 30, 1925, in Grosse Pointe, MI, to Norman and Cyrilla Schick Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Marvella Schuler and Margaret Kathryn Cash; first wife Selena Miller and second wife Edna Baethge Miller.
Norman spent a career in the U.S. Marine Corp, serving in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. He retired late in 1969 with the rank of SgtMaj.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 20th, 2:00p.m., in the chapel of Fredericksburg Funeral Home. Visitation will be 12-2 p.m. before the service.
Graveside services with military honors will be held Thursday, February 26th at 10:30a.m., in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
Memorial contributions may be made to Pilgrims Rest Primitive Baptist Church in Cuero or the charity of one's choice.
