Oliver W. Ersch of Fredericksburg passed away on November 9, 2017 at the age of 84. He was born on March 27, 1933 to Edgar and Hilda Jacoby Ersch in Fredericksburg.  He served in the US Navy during the Korean War. Mr. Ersch was an arborist.

He is survived by his sons Eric Ersch, Aaron Ersch, and Elton Ersch; sister Elise Migel, one grandchild and one great grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his wife Annette Barsness Ersch, parents Edgar and Hilda Ersch and several brothers and sisters.

A memorial service will take place on Friday November 17, 2017 in St. Paul Lutheran Church in Cave Creek at 10:30am with pastors Gary Mayer and Clint Pluenneke officiating interment of his ashes will follow in the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery with military honors.
