Ouida Marie Madsen passed away Monday, September 16 ^th , at the age of 86.

Ouida is survived by her children, Michael Hardwick & wife Dawn of Sacramento CA, Shaun Culp & husband Jimmy of Fredericksburg, Susy Hardwick of East Hampton CT, 2 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild & the father of her children James Hardwick.

Ouida was born March 27, 1933, in West Palm Beach FL, to Aubrey & Ethel North Burse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her second husband, William Madsen.

Ouida was a homemaker & a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Ouida will be cremated with a memorial service at a later date in West Palm Beach FL.
