Patsy Jean Winters of Fredericksburg passed away on Tuesday January 18 at the age of 72. She was born in San Angelo TX  on May 2, 1949 to Billy Loffton Barrett and Maurine Felice Parker Barrett. She married Roy Von Winters on August 10, 1973 in Midkiff TX.

She is survived by her husband Roy Winters of Fredericksburg, son Jesse Von Winters and wife Jacquelyn of New Braunfels, daughter Rebecca Jean Baethge and husband Jarime of Fredericksburg; sister Martha Jane Barrett Routh and husband William of Amarillo; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Billy and Maurine Barrett, a brother Billy Lofton Barrett Jr.

Per her wishes she will be cremated and the family will have a memorial visitation on Sunday January 23 from 2:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. in the Fredericksburg Funeral Home.
