With heavy hearts, our family shares the passing of Randy Dean Beckmann, who was born on June 4, 1959, and departed this world on April 13,2025 at the age of 65 in Fredericksburg, Texas.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents Franklin (Blue) and Gloria Klein Beckmann and is survived by his wife Adeline Beckmann of Fredericksburg, TX who he married in 2007, his daughters Arlene Settles (Danny Stephenson) of Fredericksburg, Texas and Ashley Sheltz (Steve Sheltz) of Georgia, his grandchildren Ja'nay Settles (Jake Wise), Arabella Settles, Holden Stephenson, Zahara Sheltz, and Steven Sheltz the 3rd, and his mother in law Gloria Garcia.

Randy graduated from Fredericksburg High School in 1977 and continued his education at Texas A&M University where he obtained his Bachelors degree in 1981. He taught for 19 years in secondary agricultural education both in Marble Falls and Austin, Texas. Randy had an extreme passion for teaching agriculture and supporting his students both in and outside of the ring. This passion continued later on in life with Randy cheering on his grandchildren through all their extracurricular activities. Randy enjoyed going to auctions, garage sales, and gardening with his wife.

Randy was a devoted husband, grandfather, son-in-law, and is and forever will be cherished deeply. He will be greatly missed by his family and all those who knew him. Celebration of life will be on April 23 2025 at the Memorial Presbyterian Church in Fredericksburg, TX 78624 at 2 p.m.
