Richard John "Ricky" Goewe of Comfort passed away August 4th at the age of 50.

Ricky is survived by his mother, Patricia Goewe of Comfort, sister Krista Lynn Goewe of Austin and step-grandson Wayne Dillard of LA.

Ricky was born May 15, 1973, in Sarasota FL, to Richard and Patricia Hudnut Goewe. He was preceded in death by his father and wife Deborah Oehler Goewe.

A celebration of Ricky's life will be held Saturday, October 7th, at 10 a.m., in Fredericksburg Baptist Church , 104 Pyka Rd. in Fredericksburg, followed by a meal in the fellowship hall.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Hill Country SPCA or the charity of one's choice.
