Ruth Elaine "Ruthie" Thurmann of Fredericksburg passed away on May 5, 2021 at the age of 89. She was born on July 24, 1931 in Racine WI to Ernest and Mary Klass Luedtke. She married Kenneth R. Thurmann on November 4, 1950 in Racine. Ruth loved animals, watching the Kansas City Chiefs. She like an occasional Shiner Bock beer and a Mr. Goodbar chocolate.

Survived by her sister Dorothy Peterson and her children Jeff, Kai and Kay

Daughter Diana Dopke and her husband Ken and children Nash Turner & his spouse Kim and son Nash Jr.

Son Theo (TJ) Turner, spouse Jeanette and son Ted and daughter IVY.

She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth R. Thurmann; parents Ernest and Mary Luedtke; brothers Ernest Leudtke and Robert Leudtke.

Per her wishes Mrs. Thurmann will be cremated and a private service will take place at a later date.
