Samuel R. Rainey of Fredericksburg passed away on April 13, 2021 at the age of 69. He was born in Newton Kansas to Irene and Walter R. Rainey in 1951.

He is survived by his wife Karen Rainey; children Sam Rainey Jr. of Phoenix AZ, Brent West of Fontanelle NE; step-children Karen Hinson of Blanco TX, Diane Barnett of Blanco TX; sisters Beverly Rodriguez of Hereford TX, Edith Gilbert of Fulton MO; 12 grandchildren 8 step-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Walter and Irene Rainey.

Per his wishes Mr. Rainey will be cremated and a memorial service will take place at a later date.
