Sandra Rech

Sandra Rech of Fredericksburg passed away on July 21, 2026 at the age of 77.

She was born in Austin to Emmett Woody and Betty Ayers Gebert. She married Michael A. Rech and worked as an Administrative Assistant in Law Enforcement.

She is survived by her husband Micheal A. Rech of Fredericksburg, daughters Kimberley Ann Dismukes of Temple, Karen Lyn Rech of Fredericksburg; sisters Debbie Hirsch and husband Richard of Austin, Donna Kay Gebert of Austin; brothers James Michael “Mike” Gebert and wife Carolyn of Granbury, Scott Gebert and partner Rita Moore of Kyle; as well as 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Emmett and Betty Gebert.

A graveside service will take place on Tuesday July 28, 2026 at 11:00am in Der Stadt Friedhof Cemetery in Fredericksburg TX.

Memorials may be made in her name to The Grace Center of Fredericksburg, the Good Samaritan Center or the charity of your choice.
